They conduct the initial assessment, build your maintenance plan, coordinate and oversee vendors, follow up on completed work, and keep you informed — so nothing falls through the cracks. They manage the home. You just approve.
No — Lillee is your manager and coordinator, not your contractor. We work with a trusted network of vetted local vendors. We handle the scheduling, oversight, and follow-up. Vendor work is billed separately and always requires your approval first.
No long-term contract required. We start with a month-to-month arrangement. Most clients stay because the service is worth it — not because they're locked in.
Your $499/mo membership covers your Home Manager and all coordination. Any vendor or contractor work is quoted, approved by you, and billed separately — clearly itemized. You will never see a surprise charge.
